Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Leisure Travels India, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for all bookings. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your ride.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team via WhatsApp, phone, or website. In some cases, an advance payment may be required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their booking by informing us via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing:

• ✔ Cancellation 12+ hours before pickup: Full refund (if advance paid)
• ✔ Cancellation 6–12 hours before pickup: Partial refund may be applicable
• ❌ Cancellation less than 6 hours before pickup: No refund

3. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after cancellation approval. The refund amount depends on cancellation timing and booking conditions.

• ✔ Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days
• ✔ Refund will be issued via original payment method or agreed alternative
• ✔ Transaction or service charges (if any) may be deducted

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to arrive at the pickup location without prior notice, it will be treated as a “No Show,” and no refund will be provided.

5. Driver Waiting Charges

Drivers will wait for a reasonable time at the pickup location. Additional waiting time may result in extra charges, which must be paid by the customer.

6. Service Issues

If there is any issue from our side such as vehicle breakdown or driver unavailability, we will either:

• ✔ Provide an alternative vehicle
• ✔ Or offer a full refund (if service is not provided)

7. Route Changes & Extra Charges

Any changes in route, extra stops, or extended travel distance requested by the customer may result in additional charges. These charges are not refundable.

8. Force Majeure

Leisure Travels India is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control such as weather conditions, traffic, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
